CONVENIENT, PORTABLE, REUSABLE STORAGE BAG INCLUDED

  • INTENDED USE

    Designed to remain cold or hot for approximately 20 minutes providing relief to the pain zone.

  • COLD THERAPY

    For cold therapy, place gel pack in freezer for 40 minutes. Refer to instructions included in packaging.

  • HEAT THERAPY

    For heat therapy, place gel pack in 1/2” – 3/4” of water and warm in microwaveable bowl. Heat for 50 seconds. DO NOT EXCEED. Remove gel pack and test temperature on back of hand. If necessary, heat for another 20 seconds. DO NOT EXCEED. Repeat until desired temperature is reached. Dry gel pack and place on affected area. Refer to instructions included in packaging.

Read and follow instructions before use.

A heated gel pack can cause severe burns to skin. If pack becomes uncomfortable, remove from skin immediately.

Heating of a gel pack beyond suggested time may damage gel pack.

If you have circulatory issues, consult a doctor before use.
